~*~ GJETOST TOAST ~*~
Avocado toast is SO last year. What gets me hyped for breakfast these days is a fudge-y, slightly sweet Norwegian cheese called gjetost. Melt a thick gooey layer of on your crunchy toast and you’ll fall in love like I did. Apple slices bring it all together for one bright and bold bite.
Ingredients
1-2 slices bread, waffle, or bagel
1 cup shredded gjetost
1 apple
cream cheese
greek yogurt
