Great news! You’re reading the words of a newly hired Wegman’s Cheese Shop employee! That means I’ll be knee-deep in molded masses of milk curd from around the world. From cutting and slicing to arranging and tasting, I’ll be the Cheese Queen in no time.

To celebrate, I bought the coolest (most affordable) cheese I could find and whipped up a recipe based on what I had in my fridge. Hint, it involves lots of bread!
