BASIC INFO

About: Celebrate Fall with a savory salsa featuring chunks of pumpkin in a warm blend of chipotle and fresh tomatoes. This unique seasonal condiment is ideal for both holiday entertaining and cooking. Depending on the brand, I suggest adding cinnamon and maple syrup to enhance the autumn flavors. For extra warmth, heat salsa in the microwave just before serving.

Suggested Uses: dipping • marinating meats • adding to soups and stews • topping Mexican dishes • adding to egg dishes • spreading on burgers • using as pizza or pasta sauce • layering onto a grilled cheeses • topping on ice cream • mixing with goat cheese • stirring into chicken, tuna, or potato salad
