About: Celebrate Fall with a savory salsa featuring chunks of pumpkin in a warm blend of chipotle and fresh tomatoes. This unique seasonal condiment is ideal for both holiday entertaining and cooking. Depending on the brand, I suggest adding cinnamon and maple syrup to enhance the autumn flavors. TASTE & TEXTURE
- Thank the Inca and Mayans for salsa. They ground chiles, tomatoes and other spices with a mortar and pestle long before the use of blenders.
- Salsa dance took its name from salsa sauce because it’s sexy and spicy (duh).
